About Us

Hidden Technology was established in 2005 and is based in Melbourne, Australia.

Principal designer and Hidden Technology Director, Michelle Cause, has been designing and installing home automation systems since 2006.

Michelle has a background in IT and spent 14 years as a Systems Analyst and Programmer. She is an accredited CEDIA Installer, a C-Bus Approved Installer, as well as a Smart Wired™ Designer and Installer.

Grant Waldram joined Hidden Technology in September of 2009 as a programmer and installer.

Grant also has a background in IT, with 9 years in Programming, Systems Management and Networking followed by 7 years in commercial and residential construction. He has extensive experience in renovations and retrofit installations, and is currently pursuing a Diploma of Building and Construction.
