Implementation phase
- Project manage installation of all systems
- Work closely with contractors and the client
Hand-over phase
- Hand over documentation
- “Blueprint” of the system, including an instruction manual, CD with all documentation and the system programming file.
Review
- Review several weeks or months later
- Identify and further modifications
